Well, it took us about a week longer than expected to move everything to our new location at 1306 West D Street in front of CVS, but we are now fully open and fully functional! We would like to thank the customers who had systems in during this time for showing us a lot of patience in getting setup to fix your issues. We will still be organizing for about another week, but stop by and check out our new office!

In two weeks time, on September 3rd, Double Edge Technologies will be moving to a new location! Our new office and store will be located at 1306 West D Street, North Wilkesboro, across from the WoodHaven Cafe, in front of CVS Pharmacy and NAPA Auto Parts (see link below). We hope this new, more central location will help us to serve you better, as well as providing much safer and easier road and parking access! Make sure to visit us at our new location, and remember that we also provide remote service to fix a lot of computer issues without you ever having to leave your home or office!

A new malware infection is going around. If you happen to see all of your Desktop icons and program files missing, don't worry. They have just been hidden and in some cases placed in another folder within your hard drive. However, DO NOT run ANY type of junk file or temp file cleaner before this malware has been removed, as it makes Windows assume those program file and desktop shortcut links are temporary and they will be DELETED. Call us if you have any questions.
